How ADx Works

ADx is an AI-powered tool that helps diagnose household appliance problems. You describe your issue (with or without photos), and we provide repair guidance, parts suggestions, and safety advice. Our Premium and Pro plans include additional features like direct links to recommended parts, video tutorials, and priority support.

Your Data & Privacy

What we collect:
  • Your email and phone number when you sign up
  • Appliance details you share (brand, model, symptoms)
  • Photos you upload for diagnosis
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Usage patterns to improve our service
How we use it:
  • Provide accurate appliance diagnoses
  • Send you repair updates and maintenance reminders (Premium users)
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Improve our AI recommendations
  • Send important account and service updates
Your controls:
  • Download your data anytime
  • Delete your account and data
  • Control email preferences in settings
  • Cancel subscriptions without penalty
We never:
  • Sell your personal information
  • Share appliance details with manufacturers without permission
  • Use your photos for anything beyond diagnosis

Using ADx Responsibly

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate appliance information
  • Heed safety warnings in our recommendations
  • Respect our intellectual property rights
You agree NOT to:
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI algorithms
  • Use automated tools to scrape our content or overwhelm our servers
  • Share account credentials (so others can use your login) or resell our service
  • Submit false reports or abusive content

Critical safety note: ADx provides guidance only. For electrical, gas, or complex repairs, always consult qualified professionals. We're not responsible if repairs don't work or cause damage.

Payment & Subscriptions

Billing:
  • Monthly/annual subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
  • 7-day free trial for Premium and Pro plans
  • All prices include applicable taxes
  • All sales final
Cancellation:
  • Cancel anytime in account settings
  • Access continues until period ends
  • No cancellation fees
